We offer 2 types of wedding day slide show presentations Looping and Standard Baby/Couple growing up a slideshow with sound.
Looping Photo Slideshow
A looping slideshow is a series of 75-100 photos that are sequenced with animation/special effects into a 7-8 min video. Each additional photo is $1.00 plus tax. Most people choose to play this during the antipasto or receiving line. Many couples will begin playing the disk during dinner or dancing.
We export the video a H.264 video file and provide that to you by way of a Dropbox link that you give to the hall or DJ to play on their screens.
Note: There is no sound. Once the video reaches the end the video starts back at photo #1 (set up on laptop software). Will loop until it's turned off. We do not have a projector.
Sound Photo Slideshow
Our standard slideshow includes 75-100 photos. Each additional photo is $1.00 plus tax. Usually split into 3 parts. Groom, Bride & Dating/Couple photos. We suggest you choose a song for each section. The final version will be 7-8 mins in length and usually played during the meal as a special feature.
We export the video a H.264 video file and provide that to you by way of a Dropbox link that you give to the hall or DJ to play on their screens.
Note: We do not have a projector.
Preparing your order

If you do not wish to use Dropbox then you can drop off a USB Key with the digital files at the studio anytime. (Label the photos by number – in the order, they are to appear)
Please send us 1-2 meg files. Tiny KB files will look pixelated. If not sure use the larger size files.

If you are dropping off photos for us to scan & a disk — (note there is a cost of $1.00 per photo plus tax for us to scan) Be sure to- Label the photos by number – in the order they are to appear WE WILL NOT SORT PHOTOS. We will NOT start working on a project if they are not numbered. We will not be able to figure out if you are 5 yrs old in 1 photo and 7 in the other.
Please provide us with the names of the songs and where you wish them to be used. ie song 1 – groom song 2- bride song 3 – couple photos. If there are no song suggestions we will assume you want a Looping Photo Slideshow.
Each additional photo/file provided more than 100 there is a cost of $1.00 per photo plus tax to be added to the next installment.
We always provide a proof video for you to approve. If you want to make any changes email Jean and he will make the changes himself. We will put the file in the original Dropbox AND email you when we do.
