Embassy Grand is one of those venues where the scale hits you immediately, but what I remember most is how well the spaces actually work on a wedding day. The large foyer and tented areas give couples room to spread things out instead of forcing every part of the day into one ballroom.

Sarah and Alessandro’s wedding is the one that sticks with me most. The staff added thoughtful little touches throughout the day, and the sweets and late-night presentation were especially memorable. Those details made the wedding feel personal even in such a large venue.

The food has always been a strength in my experience, particularly for Italian weddings. Embassy Grand can handle a very large celebration, but it still gives you enough separate spaces to keep the day feeling organized rather than overwhelming.
