Digital Vault — Long-Term Protection for Your Wedding Files
SIGS uses a verified archival system to protect completed wedding files beyond the everyday working copies used during production. The goal is simple: keep your wedding photography and video safer, organized and retrievable long after the wedding day.
Your finished wedding files do not live in only one place
SIGS keeps additional retained copies of completed wedding assets as part of its archive policy. The archival system is separate from the normal working storage used while a wedding is being edited and produced.
Off-site archival storage adds another layer of protection
Verified archive sets are also protected with off-site AWS archival storage. Keeping an off-site archival copy reduces the risk that one local hardware problem could affect every retained copy of a wedding.
What does the Gold Seal mean?
Inside StudioFlow, a Gold Seal means that a couple has passed SIGS' archival verification process. StudioFlow records archive status, verification timestamps and archive-certificate information so the studio can distinguish a verified archive from files that are still moving through the process.
Can SIGS retrieve an older wedding later?
When archived material is still available in the verified system, SIGS can retrieve it later for a small archive or retrieval fee. The Digital Vault is designed for long-term protection and practical retrieval, not as a promise that any digital file can be guaranteed forever.
Why this matters to a couple
Wedding photography and video can be impossible to recreate. SIGS treats archiving as part of the responsibility that continues after delivery. See how StudioFlow keeps the rest of your wedding information organized.
