StudioFlow — Your Wedding in One Private Place

StudioFlow gives SIGS couples one private place for the practical side of the wedding: gallery access, wedding-day information, account details, contracts and the production steps that keep everything organized.

One private place for the details that matter

After booking, SIGS couples use a private StudioFlow portal to keep important wedding information together instead of scattering it across email threads. The portal connects the practical details of the job to the couple’s account and production record.

Your Wedding Day Information Form stays with your file

The Wedding Day Information Form gives the studio the current ceremony, portrait-location and reception details needed to plan coverage. Those details stay connected to the couple’s record so the team is working from the same information.

Up-to-date account and contract information

Couples can see current financial and account information in the portal. During the consultation, SIGS uses StudioFlow to prepare the agreement around the actual hours, team and services being booked; Adobe Sign then finalizes the agreement so both sides receive the same final copy.

Gallery, proofing and production stay connected

StudioFlow connects the built-in client gallery and approval steps to the production workflow behind the scenes. Reminders, production stages and client information are organized in one system so the process is easier for the couple to follow and easier for the studio to manage consistently.

What happens after the wedding?

Wedding proofs are generally ready within about two weeks. Video production generally follows after the couple places the photo order and is typically completed about four to six weeks after that order. These are normal working expectations rather than hard failure deadlines.

A system couples use — not software they have to learn

The point of StudioFlow is not the software itself. It is having a clear process and one reliable place for the information behind your wedding. Talk with SIGS about your wedding, or if you are already booked, use the client resources page to access the next step.
