How much Toronto wedding experience does SIGS have?

SIGS has photographed weddings since 1996, and our current published Toronto archive includes more than 500 photographs from 16 couples across 13 matched locations. The photographs document complete wedding-day moments: getting ready, ceremonies, family and wedding-party portraits, receptions, speeches, first dances and evening celebrations.

This published archive is only the work currently indexed on our website, so it does not represent every Toronto wedding SIGS has photographed. It does give couples a transparent way to see recent work from real venues, churches and waterfront locations before they book.

Which Toronto wedding venues has SIGS photographed?

Our deepest current Toronto coverage is at Parkview Manor, with 136 published photographs from three couples. The archive also includes substantial galleries from Amsterdam Brewery, Macedonian Hall Overlea, Casa Loma, Eglinton Grand and Eglinton West Gallery.

That range matters because the rooms and light are very different. Our published work includes the grounds, stone staircases and live performances at Parkview Manor; the warehouse and warm reception lighting at Amsterdam Brewery; the chandeliers and floral installations at Casa Loma; the restored theatre details at Eglinton Grand; and candlelit ceremonies against the exposed brick and dark drapery of Eglinton West Gallery.

Can we see real Toronto weddings before booking?

These are photographs from actual wedding days rather than styled shoots. They show how SIGS handles portraits, ceremonies and receptions in bright daylight, soft window light, candlelight and dark dance-floor conditions.

Does SIGS photograph Toronto church ceremonies?

Our current archive includes ceremonies at St. Patrick's Church, Metamorphosis Church, St. Clare's Parish and Our Lady of Perpetual Help. The published photographs show church entrances, processional moments, ceremonies at the altar and portraits on the church steps.

Church timelines and photography rules can vary. We plan coverage around the ceremony requirements and the travel time to portraits and the reception so the day can move naturally.

What about waterfront and downtown Toronto weddings?

SIGS has photographed weddings aboard Yankee Lady Yacht Charters, including ceremonies on deck, portraits on the pier and evening photographs with the Toronto skyline and CN Tower in the background. Our Toronto work also includes restaurant and downtown event spaces such as The Hothouse Restaurant and Sassafraz Yorkville.

For locations with changing daylight or several nearby portrait options, we build the photography timeline around the season, ceremony time and reception schedule. That gives couples a practical plan for daylight portraits without losing time with their guests.

Do you offer both Toronto wedding photography and video?

Yes. SIGS offers wedding photography, with documentary wedding videography available alongside SIGS photography coverage. Two Toronto wedding films are currently available to watch on the SIGS website: Jessica and John at Sassafraz Yorkville and Lisa and Eduardo at Venu Event Space.
