Why Choose SIGS — What It Is Like to Work With Us

Choosing a wedding photographer is about more than liking the photographs. Couples also need to know who is responsible for the day, how the process is organized, how the agreement is handled, what happens if equipment fails, and what happens to the files after delivery.

Photographing weddings since 1996

SIGS has been photographing weddings since 1996. The value of that experience is not simply the number of years — it is the ability to recognize what matters on a wedding day, adapt when plans change and keep coverage moving without making the couple manage the photography team.

A small team with direct owner involvement

SIGS is an owner-operated studio rather than a high-volume agency. The team works within the SIGS system and couples can communicate directly with the studio by email, phone or text. Marianna remains hands-on with client communication, and consultations are built around the actual wedding rather than a generic package script.

Backup equipment is part of the plan

Wedding coverage cannot stop because one piece of equipment fails. SIGS works with professional Nikon photography equipment, Sony and Canon video cameras, DJI drones and gimbal cameras, and Tascam audio equipment, with redundancy built into the working kit.

Your agreement is built around the wedding you are actually booking

During the consultation, SIGS uses StudioFlow to organize the booked hours, team and services in the agreement. Adobe Sign then finalizes the contract so both sides receive the same final document. See how StudioFlow organizes the client process.

The process continues after the wedding

The wedding does not become an anonymous job once the cameras are packed away. StudioFlow keeps the production record connected, and the Digital Vault adds a verified long-term archival layer for completed wedding assets. Learn about the Digital Vault.

Professional systems should make the wedding easier, not more complicated

The systems behind SIGS are there to reduce confusion: clear agreements, organized wedding-day information, a private client portal, connected production tracking, redundant equipment and long-term archive protection. The goal is a process that feels personal to the couple while remaining disciplined behind the scenes.

Meet with SIGS before you decide

The best way to understand whether SIGS is the right fit is to talk through the wedding itself — the date, locations, coverage, priorities and questions that matter to you. Book a meeting with SIGS.
